Dr. John MacArthur

John MacArthur is the pastor-teacher of Grace Community Church in Sun Valley, California; president of The Master's College & Seminary; and featured teacher for the Grace to You media ministry. Weekly telecasts and daily radio broadcasts of Grace to You are seen and heard by millions worldwide. John has also written several bestselling books, including The MacArthur Study Bible, The Gospel According to Jesus, Twelve Ordinary Men, and The Truth War. He and his wife, Patricia, have four married children and fourteen grandchildren.

Dr. Al Mohler

Dr. R. Albert Mohler Jr. serves as the ninth president of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary--the flagship school of the Southern Baptist Convention and one of the largest seminaries in the world. He is an ordained minister and is recognized as a leading evangelical theologian. He has served as pastor and staff minister of several Southern Baptist churches.

Besides hosting a nationwide radio program on the Salem Radio Network, Dr. Mohler also writes daily commentaries and blogs addressing theological, moral, and cultural issues. He is a popular preacher, teacher, and lecturer, as well as a frequent guest on national and international news outlets. He and his wife, Mary, have two children.

Phil Johnson

Phil is the Executive Director of Grace to You. He has been closely associated with John MacArthur since 1981 and edits most of John's major books. But he may be best known for several popular Web sites he maintains, including The Spurgeon Archive, Pyromaniacs, and The Hall of Church History. Phil has a bachelor's degree in theology from Moody Bible Institute (class of 1975) and was an editor at Moody Press before coming to Grace Church. Phil and his wife Darlene have three adult sons and a daughter-in-law.

Mike Gendron

Mike Gendron is Director of Proclaiming the Gospel Ministry. Mike works through local churches equipping the saints to effectively and faithfully communicate the Gospel of grace. He has taught the students and faculty at The Master's Seminary, Dallas Theological Seminary, Moody Bible and Tyndale Theological Seminary. Mike is the author of Preparing Catholics for Eternity and Roman Catholicism: Scripture vs. Tradition, along with other resources that make the Gospel clear to those who are trapped in religious deception. Since graduating from Dallas Theological Seminary in 1991, Mike has conducted short-term missions trips and taught in hundreds of churches throughout the world.

Tom Pennington

Tom Pennington has served as Senior Pastor at Countryside Bible Church since October 2003. Prior to arriving in Texas, He served 16 years in various roles connected to Grace Community Church in Sun Valley, California, including as an elder. He spent his last four years there as Senior Associate Pastor and personal assistant to John MacArthur. During the eight years before that, he served as Managing Director of Grace to You, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the international radio, tape, publications, and internet ministry. Tom's role as Senior Pastor includes the pulpit ministry, overseeing the church staff, and working with the rest of the elders to provide leadership and shepherding to the entire church. In addition to his role at Countryside, he is actively involved internationally in training pastors in expository preaching. Tom and his wife, Sheila, have three daughters.

Rocky Wyatt

Rocky Wyatt has served at Countryside Bible Church since May of 1994, when he began serving as Youth Pastor in our Junior High and High School Ministries, as well as providing oversight to the College and Career Ministry. In 2004 he became Associate Pastor, with continuing involvement in the Youth and College and Career Ministries, as well as ministering in various other areas of shepherding and congregational care. Prior to coming to Countryside, Rocky served in churches in Colorado and California. Rocky is also on the board of the organization XL Ministries that promotes internship programs in local churches for the purpose of training men to become pastors. Rocky and Sue have two children and three grandchildren.
